Our staff utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective to diminish the symptoms associated with traumatic experiences for children and adults.
Psychedelic Enhanced Psychotherapy
We are proud to offer an alternative form of therapy that combines legal psychedelic medicine in combination with psychotherapy. This program is designed to help those suffering with depression, anxiety and/or post-traumatic stress disorder to have access to an evidence-based and client-centered treatment approach that differs from standard 'talk therapy'.
Play therapy is beneficial for a child that is experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties in various settings in their lives including school, community and home.
Mind Body Therapy
Mind Body Therapy is an innovative and holistic method for improving mental wellbeing. This program approaches self-improvement through strengthening the connection between the mind and body.
Safe & Sound Protocol
The Integrative Listening System was designed by Dr. Stephan Porges and his research team based on the Polyvagal Theory. Referred to as the SAFE AND SOUND PROTOCOL, this therapeutic intervention was “designed to reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience”.
